I applied online and one week later I’ve receive a call from the vendor to schedule an in person interview with the Department Cosmetic Manager the following week on a Monday as she called me on a Friday. The interview with the Cosmetic Manager took about 15 minutes. Super easy and generic. I get a call from the vendor the following day to do an in person interview with her which took 30 minutes long. Again, it was easy. That same week I was scheduled for another interview with the Counter Manager and took about 15 min. The beginning of the interview progress was fast and smooth and all under a week, but it doesn’t end there! There’s another interview with the trainer and was left with no time frame or follow-up which was poorly structured. Two weeks passes by and I’ve decided to follow up. The following week I’ve managed to finish the phone interview. It has been 3 weeks since my last interview. No follow-up but was told during my last interview that it is a lengthy process. How long could it possibly be?? Overall, it is almost 2 months since my first interview. I must move on.
