It was brief introductory over the phone. The interviewers were lovely. The only complaint is the lack of followup, to which I assume is a rejection. However, leaving candidates in limbo is unprofessional.

I was ghosted after the first interview. I feel that it’s unprofessional to not follow up with candidates. Interview was easy though and the interviewers were kind. I was kind of shocked I was ghosted.
