I applied online. I interviewed at Cellular Sales (Columbia, SC) in May 2020
Interview
The interview process for cellular sales usually starts with an initial phone screening to assess basic qualifications and interest. The in person interview was a very simple process. I went in and they asked me several questions about sales experience and explained the process to me.

Question 1
Why are you interested in working in cellular sales?
What do you know about our company and products?
Tell me about a time you had to handle a difficult customer or situation.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cellular Sales (Dallas, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
The process is online and seems to be pretty fast. I honestly don’t think they mind taking almost anyone because you have to make commissions. They draw your paycheck at $10 off your commission so basically the company doesn’t actually pay out of their own pocket.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Cellular Sales in Jan 2019
Interview
Basic interview with a seasoned agent who has been with the company for over 15 years. Looking for more personality than actual sales. The company truly hires good people. Training is 4 weeks but they put you up in a hotel.
