Interview process is easy and seamless. HR is great a communicating next steps. intial interview is with HR then with managemnet from the unit. waiting period is not long. onboarding process is easy as well.

Interview
My interview is scheduled for this month. I will be interviewed for the MICU intership for working RN. I have 2 years of experience as a registered Nurse, and over 10 years as a CNA. I would like to further my clinical knowleged in higher acuity patients as ICU of Step down ICU.

Interview
Got a call from recruiter who confirmed my experiences, salary expectations. Then scheduled a panel interview via zoom with 3 or 4 interviewers. They took turns to ask me questions, took around 30-45mins. Got an offer few days later.
