Phone interview followed by a take home exercise and finally two rounds of on-sites. The first to meet with a developer and manager to discuss background and solve a simple problem using binary trees. The second was longer and involved a one-on-one with a system architect, QA person, and CFO. After making two different 4 hour round trips to Vermont a week apart for the in-person interviews, they cut off communication with me after the second and never bothered to update me any further. Extremely rude and inconsiderate since they knew full well that I lived out of state and the time and money I was investing in order to travel there on two separate occasions.
