Completed online application and got a call for an interview 4 days later. It was a group interview and we took turns answering questions. The questions were simple and straightforward. Interview lasted about 30 minutes.

Name a time you went out of your way to help someone?
Interview was good and recieved a call back next day, was shared around the store, and asked questions about customer service. This is great place to work for college students or a second job, as it is part time hours.
The process was not too long, with a screening interview by phone and an interview in-person with the store manager. They need to know about your communication skills and sales experiences.

Super chill and asked relevant questions to the job, its a one on one conversation and ask a lot of questions about you as a person. Dont stress too hard and just be yourself.
