Process was 3 weeks; submitted through an recuitment Agency. Agency review > Telephone interview with Client, Face to Face Interview with two "managers dressed in jeans and shirt / t-shirt (my first Impression poor)

Question 1
I was not on the list of people attending held by reception; I felt I was only interviewed so they could ask their "homework questions" and constantly asking to go to fine details.
I did ask about the role and if the basic role responsibilities could be explained?
I also asked if they had talked with a contact we had in common, they confirmed good feedback. I was never asked if they could contact them for a reference.
