I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Caribou Coffee (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
It was super casual and in the middle of a busy food court at a mall . The two hiring managers were super nice and even gave me a free coffee and told me what to expect and answered all my questions about dress code and scheduling. I had to wait three days for an email stating my start date and which location I would do my training at that was torture.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Caribou Coffee (Rochester, MN) in Aug 2024

Quick and easy. General manager was a very nice, polite, outgoing woman. She offered me a job on the spot and was clear about expectations and needs of the company
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Caribou Coffee
Interview
Very easy and straightforward interview process. Felt like it was just a formality. Just talked about strengths and weaknesses. Got to meet employees and get a feel for the location before accepting.
I interviewed at Caribou Coffee (Saint Louis Park, MN)
Interview
Straight forward. Not stressful. Looking for people with a strong work ethic. The interviewer was friendly. They're open to training people without much experience as a barista. They generally want to know that you have a good work ethic and have schedule availability that meets their needs.
