Straight forward interview with Director of Admissions. Assessed my knowledge of prospecting over the phone, appointment setting, interview conducting, and stitch in follow up work. Valued rapport and relationship building with prospects and support committees in a results-oriented environment.

This was the most unprofessional interview process I have ever endured. I put in for 9 different positions that the company posted, most, if not all I was qualified. I received a call for a group interview, which you show up and sign in and then they herd you into a room. An employee stands in front with 4 to 5 more employees sitting behind her as she describes the company and basically tells you that the students are dreads of society with no hope, and that career quest is the only glimmer of hope these people will get. After glorifying the company, you take a 5 minute break ( mind you, you have only been sitting there for 10 minutes listening to all this) and she gives you the opportunity to walk out of the "interview" at this point. (Me being curious on how far the rabbit hole went, decided to stay). I sat there for 45 minutes listening to every single person stand up and give a 90 second elevator speech on why they should be chosen to work at CQ. After that you are dismissed and have no inclination on if someone is or when someone will contact you. Group interviews are completely unprofessional and impersonal. Allow me to add that everyone that spoke stated what positions they were going for, it was not until the end, they disclosed they were only looking for 1 position and it was not one that was talked about nor posted online.
