Submit a paper application and then if they like you they will call you in for an interview. The interview is usually conducted by the assistant director of student services, but since one of my friends was the Community Assistant Supervisor, I was allowed to interview with my friend.

I applied online and was offered an interview. The interview took place onsite in my supervisor's office. I had a very short interview, and was offered the job immediately following the interview.
