This "company" is run by two twentysomethings. One of them rejected my application on Indeed, but the other one called me in for an interview (one hand apparently doesn't know what the other hand is doing). Basically, they flip houses by buying them cheap and then selling them to an investment group (or maybe even the investment group fronts the money; they were vague on the details). Some poor woman even drove up from Columbus for the interview, which ended up being a group one, which was odd (again, one hand probably doesn't know what the other one is doing). We were supposed to go out in the field for the second interview, but the dude who rejected me initially never showed up for it because he was on "vacation". We were supposed to reschedule, but they never did, and I never followed up because they seemed unorganized. The funniest thing is that during the interview they claimed they couldn't find good help, but they were dropping the ball constantly themselves. It's hard sometimes to get people to take a chance on a start-up, especially one run by younger folks, so if you want someone to take a chance on you, you have to have your act together. These guys didn't. I still see their ads on Indeed, and I just chuckle.
