I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Capgemini (Bengaluru) in Mar 2016
Interview
I have attended the interview well.Almost 70-80% of the questions i gave a brief explanation for which i was satisfied.i was sure of getting selected. The interviewer told me to wait out.i waited for about 3 hours.Inspite of asking them repeatedly for the interview feedback i didn't get any. They were simply replying to wait. After 3 hours they were asking to leave as the next set of technical panel is not available for the day,They will give a call later.
1.I answered really well. Also they asked me to wait.If i wasn't selected, they should have told us to leave immediately
2.In case i was selected also, they know that next set of technical panel was not available. Then they should have told earlier.
Felt frustrated.Poor organisation.
Doesn't know the reason still why i was rejected inspite of answerng really well.
