I applied to Capgemini through a referral..I got an interview call 2-3 after applying.It was a video interview. Interviewer was very friendly. He asked my basic iOS question but asked me to answer in detail. Call ended in 30 minutes and then after some days I got another call from HR,It was basically a managerial call..Very smooth and clear process,HR is very friendly. They will need your certificates before giving you offer letter.
