Interview
Process consisted of multiple stages, some of which were bunched together. Initial proposal was to have some blocks of interviews lasting several hours.
They use an automated booking system, but possible times were generally wildly outside of timezone (22:00 through to 06:00). I had to wait weeks to have meetings within 07:00 to 20:00.
1. Call with HR - standard screening (tell me about yourself etc)
2. SQL test (not using an IDE, on a notepad)
3-5. Python/R, statistics, behavioural
Difficult due to range of skills tested.

Question 1
Questions on data sets relating to canva users and measuring performance.
HR Phone Screen with general role description and understanding experience. Relatively short and just to understand if you suit the role.
Technical SQL interview with 3 technical and 1 broader theory based question, the technical questions increasing in difficulty
