The bots and IA they use to select candidates discards good candidates. One of the worst experiences I have trying to enter in a company where I met 90% of the requirements.

Quite pleasant it was great meeting people in the company. Long and a lot to do but I can understand why. As for everything you can prepare yourself if you really truly care about joining the company. Though this is just my experience.
