They escorted me to the conference room and I had interview with two different panel. They asked me general questions about the education. Overall, it was a great interview experience and I accepted the job.

Interview
Got a call, did an online interview through WebEx and had 5 other people on the call. They were all nice but only gave me 15 minutes to answer 10 questions so you had to be short and concise with all your answers. They mainly looked for people who were available the soonest and had more experience.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Caltrans (Fontana, CA) in Nov 2019
Interview
The interview was pretty textbook. Straight to the point, not many technical questions. Mainly personal questions and how you think you would add to the team. Overall, it was pretty easy.
