Assessment centre day, with different activity, a Group activity , a written test and an interview with 2 people . Lasted all day, learned about role and got to ask question.

Fairly relaxed run through current role along with common sense competence based questions. The process was straightforward and I appreciated the openness of the interviewers. A good overview of the company structure and understanding of expectations of the role.
