I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CVS Health
Interview
Long interview process, it took almost 2 months. I had 6 interviews with the team. Most of the team members were very nice, it felt like a conversation but there were a few interviewers that were quite rude and kept telling me that I wasn't answering their questions correctly. The message I got from the team was that I was doing well and that I was a top candidate. I had to schedule the interviews around my current job so scheduling was limited and a manager actually asked if I was still interested because I wasn't scheduling interviews right away. I confirmed my interest, but right before they were going to offer, they ghosted me and several weeks later, I got a generic message that the position was no longer available.

Question 1
Can you tell me about your background? What attracted you to apply for this position? Can you tell me about a time you handled a stressful situation? In this job, there is a lot of negativity reading online comments, how would you handle that sort of stress and negativity? Can you tell me about a time that you harnessed data to tell a story? Can you tell me about a time you worked with someone who you did not get along with?
The overall process was very unprofessional. Canceled the interview the minute it was supposed to start with no clear explanation. Wasted my time and effort preparing for a role, Overall, horrible consideration of applicants, and lack of respect for their time.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at CVS Health (Dallas, TX)
Interview
Interview was very smooth, one with hiring manager that went really well and then in the same week, had a second interview with team (Director, Sr. Manager and IT developer).

Question 1
Tell me about your experience and why do you want to work at CVS? Tell me about an improvement you have made in your previous roles.
Very to the point. Only one interview but I was a referral. HR was very hands off, which was annoying when it came time to negotiate salary. That being said, the process was transparent and direct, just like the job has been.
