panel interview, questions based on past experiences, work history, how you handled past experiences. I had 3 managers in the room, and then there was a second set of interviewers
The process was very lengthy. They fly you in for an interview and then they take you around and show you where you will work and then have a formal interview with the hiring manager. If they like you and hire you it will take about 4 weeks to finish.
