Interview
Very challenging. As with all jobs in the media- it's very hard to get into. I applied in a three stage process on the 23rd December 2022. I was then invited to an interview process on the 1st january I got to the final stage of the interview process in early January. I then had an email stating that they were "blown away by the achievements of the candidate- but ultimately decided to give the opportunity to another candidate To be honest- it was always a longshot.

Question 1
What skills and qualities can you bring to the role What was the most important story of last year?
it was a Hirevue, they asked typical interview questions like introduce yourself, what challenges have you faced, what's your news diet, etc. took only around 15 minutes to complete but I would do significant preparation.
Very thorough and detailed. There were three rounds of interview, and one of them was online. Then it came to in person interview. I struggled with the online because you have to record yourself and answer their questions with time limits.
I was instructed to undergo a virtual interview on Hireview. I have not heard back yet, but they asked basic questions like "tell us about yourself" and "why are you interested in this internship?"
