I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CH2M in Oct 2018
Apply online Interview (Designated interviewer was too busy , so I got interviewed by a young staff member , followed by HR manager, each for less than 10 mins) Was waiting in the meeting room for almost 1.5 hours.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CH2M (Honolulu, HI)
The interview process was friendly. The only downside was that it took a while to get back to me and I had to follow up several times to determine if the position had been filled. The office culture is inclusive and while interviews are generally formal, I felt welcomed as an applicant.

I interviewed at CH2M
Interview was very professional. 3 person interview with questions relating to how I could fit the position. Technical questions, did not feel stressed or pressured at all. Was approximately an hour long. The interview was difficult in a good way (made me think on the spot).
- Describe an experience from your last position which was difficult that you overcame.

I applied online. I interviewed at CH2M (Brussels) in Nov 2015
Initially applied online after being made aware of the job by a former colleague. I got a call from a HR rep/recruiter employed by the company, who went through some basic questions and details of my CV and so on. A few days later I got a call to set up a 1 hour phone interview in a couple of days, with a manager in my potential team and the HR rep (who I believe took notes). The interview went through my CV in more detail, went through my education and work experience and also described numerous projects related to the new position. I felt this went well and the next day I was offered a full interview. It was with the team leader of my group, but as they were working in Europe at the time and visiting conferences, I was flown out to a city in Europe (all paid) where we had an lunch interview in a restaurant with another of their colleagues. The interview was laid back, but there were difficult questions and it was tough. Obviously things went well as a few days later I got an offer. Took a little bit of time to get everything organised but started with the company at new year as things before this were leading into Christmas and as they were winding down there was not much point in starting before then.
- Previous work in the industry, size of projects, years experience, managing projects etc.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at CH2M in Jul 2011
I received an initial screening call from a recruiter. I was then asked about my desired salary. She then set me up with a phone interview the next week with my 'boss'. During that interview, I was asked a few questions about my background and experience. He said someone would be in contact with me to set up an in person interview. About a week later I was called to schedule an interview at the office. I went to the office and met with three people individually. A week after that interview I called to let them know that I had another offer and wanted to know the status of the application. No one answered so I left a message. They called me back that day saying that they are sending an offer tomorrow. Again, she asked what my salary requirement was.
