Anonymous Employee in Santa Ana, CA
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CH2M (Santa Ana, CA) in Aug 2015
This was a 3-person round-table interview/discussion in the conference room of one of the high-rises. The duration was roughly 90 minutes. The people interviewing me were not part of some panel of professional interviewers. They were project managers and my soon to be colleagues which I thought was very nice since I hate cold interviews where it seems like your entire resume is being audited. The process, although long and exhausting, was actually a very positive experience. The people interviewing me were nice, energetic, and knowledgable on my particular area of expertise.
