Fairly standard initial interview, where you could see that the interviewer did not have that much experience in conducting interviews, sadly. While the interviewer was friendly, only a few surface-level questions were asked, over all I think the company needs to invest more time in mentoring their TA team to ask more in-depth questions related to the role, especially if they are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Manager position. After a few days, I was rejected and given the age-old 'we found someone else' spiel, world of advice...if a candidate spends 45 min of their time with you in an interview, you can at least spend 5 min to give back proper and constructive feedback. Goes a long way towards your candidate's NPS score.
