Phone interview with hiring manager in Cincinnati Ohio. Although my CCNA expired 19 years ago, they still wanted me due to 20 years working in IT. 20 years as desktop support analyst.

The interview process was incredibly easy and I ended up having a lot of fun the interviewer made it a great experience and I would love an opportunity to interview with him again.

They asked me to explain a time I dealt with adversity and how I overcame it.
Simple straitforward interview Intelligent interviewers process and skill oriented and good with giving feedback and expectations could have been clearer with the job description. It was not a nerve wracking interview.

Interview was done by their client, very simple interview. The recruiter was very helpful, and kept updated about the process. I got the position and accepted the offer. The process took about 3 weeks and another week for the background check.
