Not your usual interview. I received an email asking me to complete a 15 minute - 50 question comprehensive exam (wasn't difficult at all). I didn't hear back for about 2 weeks after; I received an email asking to sign up for a one-way in-person interview. It was a very awkward interview where you had one chance to record your answer and submit. All-in-all, it was extremely impersonal. It set the tone that the company was very distant with its own employees.
