I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bull City Learning (Durham, NC) in Nov 2018
Interview
As the prior person commented, I too interviewed for the opening for an instructional designer via linkedin, followed up with a 30 minute phone interview, completed a writing assessment and was told they'd be in touch within 3-5 business days but never heard back.
I understand that hiring can be a long, drawn-out process of weeding folks out, but the least you could do is follow up as a common courtesy.
