This includes the creation of our employee-led connection groups, joined together based on common backgrounds, identities, or interests to provide a safe space for conversation and development. We also have quarterly DEI Workshops led by our Director of Diversity & Alumni Engagement, in order to educate our employees about the different organizations and initiatives we are working with to further our development in the areas of DEI.
