Interview
Met with HR first and was immediately scheduled for a second interview. The second interview felt like way less attention was paid. Spent a total of 15 minutes talking to one person from the department, had another person join later and missed half the meeting. The last 15 minutes of the interview were me catching the second interviewer up to speed on everything I had previously said that they had missed.

Question 1
The first screening interview with HR had much better questions asked. The second interview the only question that was even asked was "tell me about your resume experience". No specific questions were asked and I was just expected to talk about my experience the entire time with no prompted questions or direction.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brodeur Partners (Washington, DC)
Interview
It was easy and quick, they made it seamless. I never felt like I had questions that were not answered. The interviewers were professional and engaged in the interview process. They were interested in what I had to say.

2nd: Team manager and one team member (work wise, based on Resume, 30 min long)
3rd: Director (future goal, not directly related to work however somewhat about the future goal)
