Interview process is good for the people referred by consultancies rather than employee referral because most of the times employee referral candidates will be kept on hold. I had telephonic interview for first round and then 2 rounds of 1:1 interviews
Not difficult, easy questions of software testing. And about project. Real time scenario. Basics of automation testing. Simple query of SQL. There will be a managerial round after technical. HR round will be the last but nothing to worry.
Multiple interviews will be taken from the onsite and offsite, around 6 rounds of interviews will be taken sometimes. 4 rounds will be compulsory. Good technical discussions will happen.
