Very casual. I was just asked to summarize my prior experience, a situation where I faced challenges, and my motivation for wanting to work in the industry.
The manager was pretty easy to talk to.

Define for me the key concepts of MRO management in relation to planning, scheduling, and overall impact to the maintenance department.
Phone screen with HR and the phone screen with Hiring manager, then technical panel with 4 cross functional teams. Technical interview consisted of application based questions and then switched to behavioral questions

First interview is with HR, next is with manager and then after that with a panel. First interview gives you a feel for what is next. All of them are to be online.
