I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions in Aug 2015
Interview
The first step after submitting an online application was a phone screening with the area recruiter. After the phone screening, I was informed that I would then have a face to face interview with the regional manager. I am waiting to hear if I advance to the next phase which is a Skype interview with district manager.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview process was a wonderful experience. I received a phone called on time as scheduled. The recruiter had a very friendly and warm personality. I was asked standard interview questions and took time to get to know me as a professional in addition to how I could benefit the company.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Bright Horizons Family Solutions (Milwaukee, WI) in Nov 2015
Interview
Interview process was intense....Recruiter, District Manager, other directors... I spoke/met with the District Manager 4 times. Toured the center. Had a three hour phone interview. The language the other Center Direvtor (from a different site) and the DM used throughout my interview was "when you are hired," "this is your office," "these are your staff members", "so-and-so will be your mentor..." Never if I get the job... Always when. As though it was just a matter of which hoops I could jump through and how fast. Then, I received an email stating they would "keep in touch" for "other" opportunities but that they looked forward to having me on their team. Never heard from her again. DM wouldn't return my calls, answer my emails, nothing. So after all the BS of this so called "company protocol" that the interview process was so long and ridiculously complex, they blow me off with a cryptic email and nothing else. No letter of rejection, no telling me I was better suited for a different position, just dumped. Highly unprofessional behavior from what I thought was an amazing company.
