The phone screen was arranged by a recruiting company who prepped me on the unique culture of the firm. The sent me link to the company web site which had videos that explained what makes the firm special. This was just a 30-minute phone screen. I was asked general questions on my background and some behavioral type questions. I thought I did ok but did not hear back. Would have loved to get some feedback from the firm/recruiter.
