the initial call to set up an interview came about a month after my application was submitted so prepare to wait. the interview was straight forward and easy. just present yourself as empathetic and patient and you're basically good to go. call offering me the job came later that day i believe, but i had to wait 3wks before a training class began. all in all, about 2 months from when i applied to when i started
