Interview
Initial chat with CMO. And second/final round interview with CMO and CEO. At the end of first interview, I was told that I will be getting simple task. After the interview I got task lists. They were 4 different tasks. Writing script for one minute video, making one minute video, writing a content calendar and analysing another brand’s instagram. Those took whole three days. I worked at least 15 hours. I had to present those tasks during second interview. They said they will give me feedback no matter what by the same week. Didn’t hear from them. It has been 3 weeks almost and I sent even follow up email. No response. Now that I think, I was used for free labor for ideas and free case study. VERY RUDE AND NOT ETHICAL!!!!
