I applied online. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group in Sept 2014
Interview
Shortly after having submitted my application, I was contacted via email, and notified that my profile had been evaluated positively, and I would have been contacted for an interview. Several months then went by, during which I was contacted two more times to confirm their interest in my profile, and finally I was invited for interview. I had three rounds of interviews, on three consecutive fridays. In the first round, before meeting a senior manager, I did a computer based case. In the second and third rounds I met managers of increasing seniority. In most interviews I discussed my background and professional experience, then went on to do a case, and was offered to ask questions on BCG.

Question 1
Rather than unexpected, I was surprised by the relevance of asking questions on BCG and the job. This is way more important here than in hiring processes for other companies.
3x case interviews, interviewee led, questions about experience and relevant background, always dig deeper to understand details eg on leadership experience. Cases vary all the time, need to ne ready for anything. Thinking js rewarded
Case interview about merger and acquisition
Was medium difficulty has a lot of brainstorming and analytical elements
Required quick thinking structuring and deep analysis to really ace it easily
Practice is def mandatory and failure to do so will lead to failure
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group (São Paulo, São Paulo)
