I applied through other source. I interviewed at Boston Children's Hospital in Apr 2023
Interview
The first step is to meet with the research supervisor and talk about research interests. If the interests are aligned, the candidates will be invited to present the research during their Ph.D. (and maybe another postdoc) career. After the presentation and Q&A session, the candidates will meet with the lab members and talk about research projects and life in and outside BCH. In the final round, there will be a scenario question, asking how the candidate would approach science.

Question 1
1). What type of research would you conduct if you have your own lab? 2). What is your strength in terms of research experience? 3). What do you see yourself achieving in the future?
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boston Children's Hospital (Boston, MA) in Nov 2013
Interview
Emailed the PI who was offering the position to ask for more information. After some back and forth including a copy of my CV I was given the chance to present a seminar for the research group. The PI paid for the flights (from Europe) and the accommodation. I presented my work and then had one-on-one interviews with each member of the lab. The whole affair lasted about 6 hours.
