I applied via online. Then got a call from the department manager a few days later. After talking on the phone with the manager, I was invited for on-site interview which included 1 hour HR interview, 1 hour presentation on my previous work, 1 hour job position related technical interviews etc.

The phone screening was super quick. They told me upfront that their compensation couldn't meet my expectations, so we saved each other some time. Got a quick rejection after that。
