Short, behavioral interview. Plenty of time for questions, take advantage of this, show them you are a good person and be interested. Interview was not with a hiring manager but actual employees.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing
Interview
I applied online and received a interview request on campus a few weeks later.
The first interview was Boeing's Structured Interview process with one recruiter. Mostly behavioral questions. Study the STAR format and prepare some canned responses for questions.
I got a call later that week about a second interview on campus. This interview was a group interview where you worked with other candidates to propose a solution to a problem. I thought I did exceedingly poorly on this section, but I ended up getting an offer anyway.

Question 1
What is a conflict with a teammate that you resolved?
The interview was done on HireVue, which is an AI based system that evaluates your interview by analyzing speech, words, features, movements, eye contact etc. They ask you 5 questions and also include some games at the end.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Boeing (Nashville, TN) in Apr 2014
Interview
Initial communication was made through a career fair where I was invited to a pre-screening event. The pre-screening event resulted in an interview but ultimately during the interview I was told that I could not be hired due to my need for sponsorship.
