Interview
Over the phone interview. Very straightforward. The interview lasted between 30 and 35 minutes. I was nervous but the interviewers were really nice. They mainly asked questions in regards to the STAR behavioral method meaning that they want you to tell a story and tell the outcome. In all fairness, I was quite redundant when answering the questions so I was not surprised when I did not get an offer.

Interview
The interview was conducted over the phone, implementing the STAR method. There was little, if any, small talk preceding or following the interview questions. It felt rather mechanical, thus it is important to get your personality across in your responses.
