Behavioral interview with standardized questions to be answered in STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) format. Interviewers were two industry professionals outside the HR department. It lasted approximately 45 minutes and there was time for two or three lengthier questions.

Describe a time when you had to adapt to a new situation .
quick, easy, and to the point. The interviewer panel was professional and kind. They asked thoughtful questions. I enjoyed going through this process. They did not try to trick you.
Asked about project experience and operations of rocketry team. How you worked through error, how you could prevent issues from arising at testing. Moved to theory on structures and propulsion
The interview process was quite easy which had only one round . They majorly asked me about my project and java fundamentals .It matters how you answer exactly to the point and with confidence .
