I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Bristol, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
So it started by walking into a room with a panel of Boeing staff, managers, current interns. You sit down and you get introduced to the company with a little presentation. We were then split into two groups and we were given a group task. You then have to present it to everyone, and get feedback or ask questions after. Then you take a rotation on who's going for a 1-1 interview and who's going for a talk with the staff or interns. (I haven't heard back from them yet) I'd say the whole thing was quite enjoyable and inspiring.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Boeing in Aug 2025
Interview
In early August a local HR employee called me regarding a IT position, she did some random questions just to test my english I think. She also asked my salary expectations, then she scheduled a call with some Global IT managers to the next week.
I haven't had any response since the last interview, passed more than 20 days since then. Sent her a few followup emails, but no response at all.
The managers also could not describe the roles and responsabilities accurately, which made me feel distrustful.
The funny part is that they sent me a well elaborated guide on how to behave in the interview, to follow a interview framework, don't share confidential information, etc, everything very fancy, but the managers did not even know to describe the position everyday tasks.

I applied online. I interviewed at Boeing (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2019
Interview
Recruiters came on campus and said they would be interviewing the next few days so I applied immediately, got a call the day before for an on campus interview with two managers. They read off a script, ask you to follow the star method and type your responses on the computer without much conversation.
