I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at BlueMessaging (Ciudad de Mexico) in Aug 2015
Interview
I had two pohne interviews (one HR and one technical) and an on-site interview (technical and 2 more to get to know me):
- The HR interview was some standard stuff: tell me about yourself, pros and cons, etc.
- The first technical interview had some questions about big O complexity, brain teasers and simple programming problems.
- The second technical interview was more about Java theory (since I was aplying to work on the Android team) and they made me write a program on a laptop with Eclipse.
- The other 2 interviews were to get to know me a little more and were with the lead of technology and the same HR person from the beginning.
