Interview
Awkward interview, 2 of the 3 interviewees made no effort to be personable. The questions were not well aligned to the job description. I was advised I would hear by the end of the week either way. After 2 weeks, I assumed I hadn’t been successful but feedback is always useful so emailed to ask. I was sent an apology that the interview process hadn’t yet been finalised so would be informed within a few days. Another week passed and I finally heard something. However, in the form of a generic email saying they wouldn’t be taking my application any further. You also have to complete a personality test which you’re advised will be sent out on the outcome of the interview but this was never received. No feedback, not even a phone call to thank me for my time. Red flags on what they would be like as an employer

Interview
I have applied via email. Received response after the app deadline. Communication was okay until the interview took place, then they didn't contact me in 2 weeks as promised. I had to chase them several times just to find out the outcome. I have asked for feedback on numerous occasions, which I never received.
I invested quite a bit of time in preparing for my interview and presentation, the least I expected was to get some feedback.
Looking back I'm glad they chose someone else, I wouldn't want to work with people who are so poor at communication and don't respect my work and time.

Presentation topic was:
“In this role you will be managing the induction activity for new starters into BlueLight Commercial. How would you approach planning an induction for introducing new starters to BlueLight Commercial’s culture and values?”
