I applied online. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Dublin, Dublin)
Interview
UNPROFESSIONAL & FRAUD The company's handling of the interview process is highly unprofessional and concerning. After receiving an interview invitation, I made the effort to travel four hours to their office in Dublin, only to have them cancel or reschedule the interview on the same day. This not only resulted in a waste of time and effort on my part but also caused me to take "two paid leaves" from work. The lack of proper communication and disregard for candidates' time is unacceptable and raises questions about their professionalism and reliability. The company's conduct throughout the interview process was not only unprofessional but also appeared fraudulent. 2 hours from the scheduled interview they are informing me that they had already selected an internal candidate for the position, they proceeded to schedule interviews and wasted my valuable time and effort. This raises serious concerns about their integrity and sincerity in the hiring process. Such misleading practices are highly disappointing and reflect poorly on their credibility as an organization.
