The interviewer had absolutely no idea about the process from the 1st call. It was a waste of time. Firstly, the interviewer was late, knew nothing about me, the role and was constantly distract by slack messages as I could seee the reflection on her glasses. At the end she just said bye then ended the call. Never again will I apply and I will tell all my connections not to apply to this mess of a company.
