I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Blackbaud (Charleston, SC)
Interview
Had two interviews, first one was a screening one and the second was a tech interview. Only gripe was that I wasn't told to have a computer with internet with my tech interview so I was unprepared on that.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Blackbaud (Austin, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
The initial interview was a taped submission with questions similar to most non-technical job interviews I have been through. I felt a little as if I was making an audition tape for a reality tv show or something. I can see the usefulness to blackbaud as they have a file they can pass to relevant people rather than repeating a skype call with several different people. The second part was a code challenge. I'd rather not disclose the details as I would hate to go into the job and give away the challenge for future applicants. The third was a face-to-face interview with five different employees. It was long and a little stressful but overall a positive experience.

Question 1
Given a <p> element deeply embedded within multiple tables with no classes or id's, how would you update the text upon loading of the DOM?
Thank you for your feedback. We believe that the video interview is also a positive for the candidate. For one, you get an opportunity to show your personality beyond the resume. Also - you can do it at your own convenience on a variety of platforms (laptop, tablet, smartphone). Lastly - it cuts down on the number of people you might have to talk to before coming onsite for an interview. Of course - you now have experience should you choose to try out for a reality TV show as well! Welcome to Blackbaud!!

Interview
I applied online and was emailed to schedule and interview. Process took 2 weeks.
Interview went well. They didn't ask the generic questions (why do you want to work for us? what are your greatest strengths etc...) But we discussed the company, my skills and interests and the position. I was asked about the tools I use, languages I preferred using.
Received a status update a week later. No job offer.
