Interview
I was referred by internal employees after applying online and was pretty immediately contacted by a recruiter to schedule a first interview. I had my first interview in April and then received no update for weeks. I reached out to my recruiter, interviewers, and the recruiter's coordinator but was not contacted with information for weeks at a time, when I didn't receive word back I was told there was an update after my interview (that went very well) the recruiter wanted to share via a phone call but then did not hear back about that update for weeks or confirmation of a time to meet. Once I heard back it was clarified that they were interested in me for a specific verticle but did not have a role available at the time (it was the end of July by this time). They would keep me in mind for further openings. I was recently emailed about an open role but accepted a role at a different organization.

One on one with recruiter, panel interview with current members of the team. Very conversational. Was asked to present and showcase demo skills. Typical CSM related questions, not a super serious setting.

I did 6 virtual recorded questions then I interviewed with the hiring Manager. It was more of an personal interview, which allowed me to share my experience and perspectives. The recruiting team is very communicative, and I have overall enjoyed my candidate experience.

Multiple Rounds of interviews, video essays, and assignment spread across 4 months. First two rounds were virtual and assignment based. Then one on one interviews with hiring manager and other key team members.
