Interview process is easy. Technical manager ask you general questions and try to understand your soft skills. Human resources don't include in first interview, only get contact to arrange meeting.

We meet face-to-face and online in Ankara. First, we can call, and then we can meet face to face. I went to a company in Ankara. My interview took about an hour, and they informed me the next day.
