Better Processing Manager interview questions

Very pleasant phone screen. The conversation flowed nicely. It was more conversational. I was comfortable to ask the pay range which is in line with the industry. The recruiter shared what next steps were. I’m very early in the process but my initial impression is very good. Reading up on the company has me pretty excited even though I wasn’t actually ready to start looking for another job. This company has me a little excited.
