Spoke to a recruiter and employee at a school career fair. Then completed a HireVue web interview followed by a phone interview. Very friendly and mostly interested in whether I was a fast learner and willing to handle a challenge.

I applied through my college's career website. It was a one on one interview where we discussed my resume and expectations. It was fairly informal, and my interviewer was a really nice guy.
